Lewis Takes 2013 Hungarian Grand Prix

After another amazing Formula One race this Sunday, it was Team Mercedes star Lewis Hamilton who took the checkered flag and won the 2013 Hungarian Grand Prix from the world-famous Hungaroring track in Hungary.

Hamilton’s first win of the 2013 F1 season puts Team Mercedes into contention for the constructors championship. They have a long way to go but, based on this performance Team Mercedes are going to be strong through to the end of the season.

Lewis led for most of the race and gave a solid driving performance throughout. Pit stops were crucial and, when Vettel had taken the lead from Hamilton whilst Lewis was in the pits, Lewis regained the lead when Vettel was forced to make a final pit stop.
