Lister Nobbly 2.0!

And now we go from the ultra modern back to the 1950’s, or perhaps, the rebirth of the 1950’s!
Lister is a name to be conjured with, if you are of an age where you remember the open race cars of the 50’s and 60’s.
Well, Lister is back with their famous Lister-Jaguar Knobbly a car that us ‘more mature’ car fans remember with a sense of nostalgia (read more mature as old).
Lister reborn comes about with the dream of the founder, Brian Lister, and a handful of skilled engineers who have recreated “The Nobbly” to be correct to the period in the hope of competing in historic races.
A 3.8 liter inline six will take you from 0 – 60mph in 4.3 seconds and propel you to a top speed of 181mph
Brian lister will make 50 of these and, if you fancy a little piece of history, you can buy one for £249,000… When compared to buying an original example, one sold at auction recently for £1.2m, these look to be a bit of a steal!
